We are continually improving what we do in the QHSE department. We invest heavily both in terms of finance and human resource to make sure that P.P. Protube is always striving to meet its quality, health and safety and environmental targets. The operations of our QHSE department help develop the brand name of P.P. Protube, by encouraging and monitoring customer quality-related feedback in real time.
Dedicated QHSE Department
We are continually striving to improve working conditions and produce high quality throughout the supply chain. For example, P.P. Protube invested significant resources in the improvement of our customer complains procedures, by automating the way all our departments of the business log and react to customer complaints.
Since re-branding, we have had non stop improvement of QHSE-related KPIs. For example, we have a consistent approach to customer complaints and quality measures at P.P. Protube, to make sure that our department is operating using the same methodology as the other companies in the P.P. Group; which have had a QHSE department since 2010.
The endeavour for continued success
P.P. Protube’s QHSE department is now part of the P.P. culture and all the companies are cooperating closely with each other to support this initiative. Our department has grown in size quickly, from one person to three over the last year, which underpins the importance of the QHSE department and its activities across the P.P. Group.
